$50.00 deposit toward the cost of a tattoo and to secure appointment day and time. Please print this receipt and bring it with you to your appointment. Rescheduling of your appt can be made within a reasonable amount of time. No call/no show appointments are subject to forfeiture of full deposit amount. Thank you!
